DONATING TO OLLIE'S LEGACY

We are often in need of the following items:  

• Kitty litter (any variety except crystal as they get stuck in tiny paws)
• Felix or Whiskas kitten pouches (gentler on hungry bellies)
• Royal Canin baby kitten wet food (extra nutritious for growing babies)
• Flea/ Worming treatments for Canines and Felines
• Puppy Pads
• Dog toys 
• Puppy food (tinned and dry)
• Dog treats (to help with obedience training)
• Poop bags 
• Towels
• Pet Sized Blankets

Unfortunately, we can no longer accept pre-loved kitty litter trays or bowls, pillows, doonas or human clothing. We thank you for your understanding.

**If we happen to have donations surplus to our needs these items are forwarded to other rescue groups or community organisations. Nothing ever goes to waste**

If you don't live locally and would like to donate goods, we have a wish list through Amazon which makes things easier. Please note that items on the wish list are purely suggestive. We are grateful for anything that helps the rescue animals in our care.

There are many ways to help us with boots on the ground fundraising. From selling chocolates or raffle tickets, cashing in your cans through the Container Deposit Scheme or popping a coin donation tin on the bench at work to collect spare change. These are small ways which make a big difference.

We are always open to new ways to fundraise so please message us your suggestions. 

We regularly run chocolate drives and need volunteers to help us sell a box of chocolate. Generally, we ask for payment up front and you keep the money as you sell them. That way neither of us are out of pocket. If you are inclined to keep them all to yourself, that's fine too. The more chocolate you eat the more animals you are helping! Keep on eye on our socials for details about our next drive.

If your workplace, school, or club would like to host an Ollie's Legacy Donation Tin at the front desk, we would love to set you up! Simply message us and we’ll provide an info pack and a donation tin to support you in raising funds for animals in need. Alternatively, if you would like to collect food, blankets, toys etc. instead please let us know and we will get you sorted.

With the Container Deposit Scheme, you can swap eligible drink containers for 10 cents per bottle and allocate those proceeds to support Ollie's Legacy Incorporated.

It’s simple!

1. Collect eligible drink containers marked with the 10c mark on the label
2. Find your nearest refund point and bring your collection down to donate
3. When making your container deposit, enter our Donation Partner ID:  C2000008871 and the funds will be donated directly to us!

Every donation, no matter what size, plays a big role in helping us help animals in need.
