Making a Difference

Ollie’s Legacy Incorporated is based in Central Victoria and operates as a Community Foster Care Network. We are a small but dedicated team of volunteers who work tirelessly to save the lives of animals in need.

Ollie’s Legacy Incorporated was originally known as Happy Paws Animal Rescue which was established in 2018. With hundreds of cats and dogs rescued and rehomed to loving families, the opportunity arose to transition to Ollie’s Legacy Incorporated. This change allowed us to access funding, grants, and other benefits to maximise our reach within the community and to help more animals. In addition, it also allowed us to honour the memory of a very special soul, “Ollie”. 

In June 2023, our dream of becoming a registered charity was realised and in March 2024 we achieved DGR (Deductible Gift Recipient) status which is vital in sustaining our very important work. 

We are excited to see what the future holds.
